How does one see auras?
There is no specific way for
a person to see an aura. Some people can just see them naturally, while
other people have to concentrate hard or touch something in order to
see an aura. Others, no matter how hard they try, cannot see an aura.
Don't be discouraged if you can't see them - that doesn't mean
knowledge of them won't be useful.
How To See Auras (Eyes Closed)
For a beginner, this is probably the best method. Of course, this method is also impossible for some people.
First, place your hand on an animal, object, or person. Close your eyes, and concentrate. Make sure to block out any sunlight or regular light so that doesn't effect what you might see.
If you can see colors, you have been successful - the most important part is actually seeing the colors, not knowing what they mean. If you cannot see the colors, don't worry - not everyone can see aura this way.
Please remember that this may hurt some people and animals - it has been described as feeling like small repetitive static shocks. If you feel that this hurts your subject, stop and find another subject right away.
